Current I-9 Form use is Extended
Earlier this year USCIS published a notice in the Federal Register informing the public of the proposed extension of the I-9 form. Until a new version is released, the current Form I-9 which contains the expiration date of 8/31/2019 should continue to be utilized for employment verification purposes. Our Seay's HR Management Consultant partners will continue to monitor the status of any revisions and your GCA office will forward its members any changes or a new release.
