Message from the GA Secretary of States Office

GA Cemetery Board Approves Fee Increases

As required by Georgia Cemetery Law and Rule, the Georgia Cemetery Board approved an increase in 3 areas, that go into affect July 1, 2018. Please note the following approved increases

Maximum Monument Inspection & Site Location Fee - $148.00
Maximum Deed Transfer Fee - $89.00
Minimum Perpetual Care Trust Fund deposit - $69.00

Reminder: please send any of your price list changes to the Secretary of States office to have on file for your cemetery location(s)
